  • Film Quarterly´s fall-issue (60:1) has articles by James Naremore on "Stanley Kubrick and the Aesthetics of the Grotesque", Erik Dussere´s "Out of the Past, Into the Supermarket: Consuming Film Noir", and Daniel Herbert´s "Sky´s the Limit: Transnationality and Identity in Abre los Ojos and Vanilla Sky" (s.   • Besides an article on Val Lewton (by Martha P.Nochimson), there is a "Supplement on Acting in the Cinema" in Cineaste´s fall-issue (31:4).
